Application and Enrolment

Application Process

  1. Click on the link below to start your registration
  2. Check your email for registration confirmation
  3. Use the Username and Password you created to login
  4. Click on applications to apply for any program
  5. Submit your application when completed.
  6. Check your email for application confirmation
  7. The Admission Team will contact you immediately.

Please note that the following documents are required for application (PDF copies of National ID or international passport, birth certificate, secondary school certificate and transcript, college or university degrees certificates, and transcripts, digital passport photograph)

Enrolment

SEMESTER ENROLMENT

  1. After your registered electives were approved by the Dean
  2. Click on the link below to enrol your courses
  3. Click on Enrolment
  4. Fill in the form
  5. Click on Next to confirm the details
  6. Click on Submit
  7. Print out your email confirmation for your records
  8. Thank you

Please note that students who do not enrol their courses will not receive any report cards or transcripts for the semester. Enrolment must be completed within the first ten school days of the semester.

Register for Electives

How to register for Electives

  1. Obtain your Username and Password from Reception
  2. Click on the link below to login.
  3. Click on Electives 2016
  4. Fill the form.
  5. Click Next to ensure that all is correct
  6. Click submit

Please note that any student who did not register for electives will NOT receive any report card or transcript. All reading courses must be approved by the Assistant Dean and made available for registration online. Any bilateral arrangements will be accepted  ONLY as audit courses and not credit courses.

Faculty and Staff Access

All faculty members, staff and students can make access to JSTOR online outside of Arrupe College Main Campus. See the Librarians for details of your login. Everyone can create their own blogs and share information with students. You can obtain your Username and Password from the reception or from the registrar.
